Two Important New Missions |
This Fall, Trinity Chapel UMC began participating in Backpack Buddies, a ministry to provide food for children in need during the school year. We are partnered with May Howard Elementary. If you would like to contribute monetarily towards this ministry or volunteer to pack backpacks, please let the church office know. Thanks!
A second ministry we are participating in is the Rising Tyde Community Food Pantry. We are partnered with many of the local churches as well as local businesses to provide groceries for those in need. Food donations are collected at the YMCA.
For Thanksgiving, a special selection of items is being requested for those in need. They are as following: canned ham, dressing, gravy, instant mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, canned green beans, creamed soups, canned pumpkin and yams, cake mixes and frosting. |

Kidmo, January 18th, 2012 |
Kidmo is back! It will be on January 18th at 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Kidmo is for all kids pre-K through 5th grade. Come join us for some great food, games, crafts and a lesson. |
